RENTAL CHARGES

Rental charge for all programs:

$50.00 per week, per video (Non-Members)

$40.00 per week, per video (Members)

Rental is based on seven days in your possession.

A shipping and handling charge will be added to each invoice.

*(California residents will be charged the appropriate tax).

FORMAT

All rental titles are available in 1/2" VHS format. Many are also available in Spanish language versions (see individual descriptions).

RENTAL INVOICES

Invoices are issued after the return of each rental program. Terms are Net 30 days, F.O.B. Los Angeles, California. Sales tax added where applicable.

SALES INFORMATION

All programs also available for purchase have the price at the end of description, and are listed under the "Purchase or Rental" or "Sale Only" sections under each Subject Heading.

PREVIEWS

The Film Library does not send out videos for purchase consideration only. Should you wish to preview a tape prior to purchase, we will send the tape as a regular rental order. If you decide to purchase the tape, please call us BEFORE you return the video; we will then send you a new copy and you will NOT be billed for the rental, only for the purchase. Rental charge will NOT be waived if videos are previewed, returned and billed prior to being ordered for purchase. Please call if you require additional time before ordering for purchase. This procedure is designed to save both the customer and the Film Library wasted time and effort. All sales for videos are final. The Film Library will only accept return tapes if they are defective.

SALES INVOICES

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Orders may be placed by telephone or by filling out the Order Form and either mailing or faxing it to us. Please order rentals as far in advance as possible, giving the date you require the program. We require your complete shipping and billing information. If your organization requires a Purchase Order, please have that ready at the time you place the order.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received PRIOR to the shipping date; otherwise you will be liable for the full rental charge. (Shipping dates are indicated on the confirmation forms).

SHIPPING AND RETURN

The Film Library ships via United Parcel Service, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes. All rentals must be returned by either UPS, or by U.S. Mail, insured.

RESTRICTIONS

Programs may not be transferred from one organization to another, nor may they be shown where an admission is charged, nor can they be televised (including closed circuit).

The Film Library does not sell or rent videos outside the United States and its possessions.

NOTE!

Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exhibition of copyrighted motion pictures (Title 17, United States Code, Sections 501 and 506).

LIABILITY

Users will be held liable for the full replacement cost of any videotape damaged or lost while in their possession.

No guarantee is made by the Film Library as to the absolute exactness of any specific information or recommendations contained in these programs, and we assume no responsibility in connection therewith, nor can we assure that any specific program will be perfectly suitable for an individual gathering. The Film Library has accumulated its titles from sources regarded as dependable, and believed to represent the finest in contemporary ideas.
