Understanding Radiation in Our World

The National Safety Council’s Environmental Health Center has created a resource kit to help teachers explore radiation with their students. The new kit is available FREE to high school teachers to help educate students about radiation and risk.

EnvironMinute

EHC broadcasts Environminute daily one-minute weekday features. The pieces deal with a broad range of issues in the environmental, natural resources and energy fields. They are aired on more than 180 domestic AM and FM radio stations and aired internationally via the Armed Forces Radio Network. The pieces are written, voiced, and distributed by an independent radio syndicator, Finger Lakes Productions, Inc., of Ithaca, New York. This project is funded by the Teresa and H. John Heinz III Foundation.
