- Electronic Product Recovery and Recycling (EPR2)
The EPR2tm Project promotes environmentally safe, responsible, and cost-effective management of electronic equipment that has reached the end of its useful life or no longer meets the needs of its original owners. The project will help identify and prioritize ways to overcome market, economic, regulatory, administrative, and institutional barriers to effective management of electronic equipment throughout its life cycle.

This kit is designed to help managers provide radon education and testing programs to their employees. The kit contains background information, sample articles and a camera-ready radon test kit coupon to hand out to employees. All of the information contained in the Radon Corporate Leader Kit is included here, with the exception of the camera-ready coupon.
- Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Rule
The March 1996 fact sheet, issued by EPA and HUD, summarizes the requirements of the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Rule. EPA and HUD produced a question-and-answer document that gives more detail about the disclosure rule. Two forms are available — one for disclosure of information for a house that is sold and one for property that is leased or rented. These forms must be completed for housing covered under the disclosure rule. On March 6, 1996, HUD and EPA jointly issued a Federal Register notice that contains the text of the final Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Rule.
- Lead Poisoning Educational Material Database
The database includes summary information on more than 1,000 different pieces of lead education and outreach materials. The database provides source and contact information for each item listed. The information may also offer ideas or materials that can be incorporated into other programs and/or adapted for particular situations.
