To remember your member ID, we use a cookie. A cookie is a small file stored on your hard drive by a Web site. When you ask to have your member ID remembered, a cookie is placed on your computer so that our site can remember who you are. From that point on, when you return to us, the site will recognize who you are and send you directly to the members-only area of the site where you'll see your member page. No private information is stored in the cookie.
If you do not want us to set a cookie for you, do not check "Remember ID." Just enter your member ID to access your personalized area of the site each time you visit.
It is best not to check "Remember ID" for the temporary password you receive when you first sign up for NSC membership.
